岳冬梅，北京化工大学，教授，博士生导师。

2006年日本京都大学，COE研究员。2019年山东省烟台双百人才计划，2022年山东省泰山产业领军人才计划。2023年教育部科学技术进步一等奖。主要专业领域包括：加氢催化剂开发及产业化生产，不饱和聚合物加氢改性及产业化开发。HNBR复合材料及应用。杜仲胶自治愈可回收弹性体及应用。主持国家重大专项、国家重大工程项目、山东省重大工程专项、企业横向课题及国际合作项目等。获得中国发明授权专利80余项。1993年至今从事HNBR 加氢技术30年。2009年在北京昌平科技园建设一套10吨/年特种HNBR中试生产线。 2019年将加氢技术在山东道恩特弹公司实现HNBR产业化生产（3000吨/年）。
